Ben and Corey were TRUE PROFESSIONALS!We are seniors and they went beyond call of duty and tapped our AC vents and put down some extra sand we purchased to help cover the sewage smell under our house. I called these guys stressed & overwhelmed. I had a pipe burst and had been grossly misguided by a previous contractor. The head of the company himself took over the call and reassured me that they would take care of me. He took it upon himself to come out with Corey the same day to do my initial assessment which really meant a lot.Cory showed up the next morning on time with his helper and they quickly and professionally knocked the job out. These guys are very professional and caring… truly heaven sent!I hope to never have to need this type of service again. But I truly am a customer for life!

Today I have a smile but yesterday and the past no smile. I truly wanted to take this opportunity to say Am grateful for the 2 men. As a home owner no one wants to deal with disasters. I ran into not only 1 leak but 2 leaks and can truly say it’s been a nightmare for me. It was a Sunday, Labor Day weekend and I had another leak. I was crying and upset this had happened to me I could not get anyone out until Friday. After calling back my warranty company and pleading with them about my situation they went the extra mile and found this company called DYNAMIC HOME SERVICES w/ two awesome technicians ( Benjamin and Dave) I don’t think I could of ask for a better company. I emphasize not only were they pleasant, knowledgeable ( Dave the thinker) , kind and answered all my questions when asked. I can truly say that these 2 men ( Benjamin and Dave are top shelf plumbers. I was lucky to get a selfie and felt very honored to get a photo with these two men. I know they hear it often times from customers , where a customer says THANK YOU , but I want you to know that you are truly making a difference in people lives. The world is a tough and grimy place but you two brought smiles to a little lady like myself. Now we move on get my flooring fix and you guys can come remove all these pipes and put brand new ones in as soon as I get the thumbs 👍 up. I recently had to find a plumber for a simple job ... replacing faucets on 30 year old jetted tub. I contacted 3 different companies who failed to return my calls before I contacted Dynamic Home Services. What a difference 1 call makes! Dynamic answered my call, scheduled to come by to provide an estimate and in less than 48 hours after answering my call they had not only replaced the faucets but also added quick disconnects to the jetted tub and shower. The team was prompt, courteous and super efficient completing the entire job within an hour. Anyone looking for great plumbing service definitely needs to contact Dynamic. We needed preventative maintenance performed on our home’s sewer system and a clean out installed because we could not locate one. From the initial phone call to the completion of the work, the DYNAMIC Home Services team was responsive and thorough. Not only were they respectful of our property, they took the time to show us where our “missing” clean out was; improperly installed and inaccessible because it had been buried @3’ underground with the cap turned inward into the original trench. These are the guys you want to call first! We had a water leak in a pipe under the driveway. Joseph and Corey arrived just a couple hours after being dispatched. They cut out a section of the concrete, dug down to the pipe, found then fixed the leak, patched the concrete, and were done in just a few hours. This was nothing short of awesome! I highly recommend these guys and would give them 10 stars if i could.

I am amazed at the professionalism and promptness of this company. My 82 year-old Grandma had a broken toilet in her one bathroom house and Dynamic sent out two amazing men to fix it the same day I called. This company has stellar customer service. They were prompt in responding to the service call. Once scheduled they kept me abreast of their ETA. When they arrived the technicians were polite and efficient. They get bonus points for putting covers over their shoes when walking in my home. I would definitely use them for all of your plumbing needs. I can’t speak their pricing because the service was paid for by my landlord but as far as customer service they are top tier.

They were professional! From the courteous phone call to say they are on the way with an eta, to being considerate of having everyone home while they worked, down to the hand shake when they were done. Ben and Dave fixed the crazy configuration of pipe work someone else done in the kitchen. Reset the toilet in the main bathroom and removed and replaced the toilet in the master. Dynamic Home Services are awesome! They came to give me a second opinion on a plumbing issue I was having at my resident. I told them what A-1 plumbing said was the issue and they immediately knew something wasn't adding up. They ran a camera and saw that it was a much smaller issue than what they told me. A-1 was trying to get me to give them 8500 to rip my home apart and replace the pipes when it was a clog in my clean out.Ben and David from Dynamic we professional, knowledgeable, and just out right good people. They were honest from the start and didn't try to scam my family out of money. I will be calling them for any plumbing needs 1st.
